SWAZILAND!
The week in Swaziland
was awesome. I went through every
emotion in the book but I couldn’t have asked for a better week. I saw so much hope in Swaziland. My first day in Swaziland God blessed my life
by bringing a little boy into my life his name is Mbengeni, I nicknamed him
Tuba. When I met Tuba he was very drawn
back and it took him a while to warm up to me.
I noticed right away that he has an infection on the side of his face
and he has very little energy for a 3 year old boy. I held him for about 10 minutes before he was
completely asleep in my arms, I sat there the entire day as he slept. I was able to just be in the moment, in
complete solitude with God and this little boy and just pray. After praying for him that night the opportunity
came up the next day to take Tuba to a local clinic and looked at by a
doctor. I praise God that doors opened
and that I was financially able to not just leave this little boy at the care
point but I was physically in a position to help him. I am glad to report that when I saw Tuba on
our last day of ministry in Swaziland
the sores on the side of his face was drying up and he was running around like
a crazy little 3 year old boy creating havoc.
PRAISE THE LORD! I please ask
that you continue to pray for his safety.
The doctor also informed me that his condition will get better for now
but it will only come back and get worse because he is malnourished and it is
actually their contaminated drinking water causing the infection. In Tuba you can
see a little taste of God’s perfection in this little boy.
